(“NLCI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, scheduling an appointment, or visiting any NLCI location, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Najjar Lube Centers, Inc. is an independent franchisee of Jiffy Lube International, Inc. and operates Jiffy Lube® service centers throughout Southern California. NLCI is not an agent or representative of Jiffy Lube International, Inc., and Jiffy Lube International, Inc. is not responsible for the acts or omissions of NLCI.

2. Use of the Site
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2.2 Permitted Use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Site without our express written consent

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of NLCI or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Jiffy Lube® name and design marks are registered trademarks of Jiffy Lube International, Inc. and are used by NLCI under license.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written permission.
3. Online Appointments and Estimates
The Site may allow you to schedule service appointments or request estimates. Scheduling an appointment through the Site or a third-party tool linked from the Site does not constitute a binding contract for services. Actual service pricing and availability are confirmed at the time of your visit.
Estimated prices displayed on the Site or via third-party estimate tools are for informational purposes only. Final pricing may vary based on your vehicle’s actual requirements, parts availability, and applicable taxes and fees.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where a vehicle requires repairs beyond our service scope or where performing a service would be unsafe.
4. Coupons and Promotions
Coupons and promotional offers made available through the Site are subject to their individual terms and expiration dates. Unless otherwise stated:
- Coupons are valid only at participating NLCI locations
- Only one coupon may be applied per visit
- Coupons have no cash value and may not be combined with other offers
- NLCI reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice
Coupons and promotions are offered by NLCI and are not redeemable at Jiffy Lube locations operated by other franchisees.
5. SMS and Text Message Communications
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you appointment reminders, service updates, and marketing messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us directly. After opting out, you may receive a single confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including the national Jiffy Lube® website (jiffylube.com), online scheduling platforms, and mapping services. These links are provided for convenience only. NLCI does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
NLCI does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Site, including pricing and promotional information.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NLCI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NLCI’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NLCI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
10. Vehicle Services — Important Limitations
NLCI provides automotive maintenance and light repair services. By authorizing service on your vehicle, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are the vehicle owner or have authority to authorize service on the vehicle
- NLCI technicians will perform only the services you authorize
- NLCI is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage unrelated to services performed
- Service warranties, if any, are provided separately at the point of service and are subject to their own terms
- NLCI reserves the right to recommend but not require additional services beyond those requested
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under California consumer protection laws with respect to services performed.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California, unless the parties agree otherwise.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.
Nothing in this Section limits your right to file a complaint with California consumer protection agencies or the California Attorney General’s office.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
14. Severability and Waiver
